Client and project information may be treated as confidential. Additional confidentiality or NDA arrangements may apply for serious project work, institutional work, or enterprise engagements.
1.6 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, IYABOKO is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss. Services and outputs must be independently reviewed before operational, legal, medical, financial, engineering, or technical reliance.

IYABOKO may suspend or terminate access where there is misuse, non-payment, security risk, unlawful activity, policy breach, or breach of these terms.

Consultation fees are generally non-refundable after the consultation has been delivered. Rescheduling may be available with reasonable notice.
3.3 Project and Custom Work
Refunds are generally not provided once custom work, technical delivery, research work, simulation support, project execution, or prototype planning has started. Partial refunds may be considered where work has not yet commenced.
3.4 Digital Products and Access
Digital access, paid rooms, downloadable materials, and member-only resources are generally non-refundable once delivered or accessed, unless required by law.
3.5 Support Mission Contributions
Support Mission contributions are voluntary payments that support IYABOKO’s research, education, platform development, governed AI systems, and future software/hardware pathways. Recurring supporters may cancel future recurring payments. Past contributions are generally not refundable unless required by law or a processing error has occurred.
3.6 Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law. If a product or service has a major failure, you may be entitled to a refund, replacement, repair, cancellation, compensation, or another remedy as required by law.
4. Support Mission Contributions
IYABOKO uses “Support Mission” wording to describe voluntary support for the company’s research, education, platform development, governed AI systems, and future software/hardware pathways.

- Support Mission contributions are not described as charity donations.
- Support Mission contributions are not presented as tax-deductible unless future eligible charity/DGR status is obtained.

6. Acceptable Use Policy
Users must not misuse IYABOKO systems, AI tools, membership access, Support Mission systems, payment links, forms, or services.

- System exploitation, hacking, disruption, or security abuse
- Using outputs in a reckless, unsafe, misleading, or unlawful way
- Attempting to copy, scrape, reverse engineer, or misuse proprietary systems
- Misrepresenting IYABOKO’s business, charity, tax, or DGR status
6.2 Enforcement
IYABOKO may suspend, restrict, or terminate access where misuse, risk, non-payment, or unlawful activity is identified.
