1. About IYABOKO
IYABOKO Science & Technology provides AI workspace access, research and writing support, technical project planning, consultation, and innovation pathway support.
IYABOKO is an independent Australian business. IYABOKO is not a university, government research institute, law firm, medical provider, financial adviser, tax adviser, patent attorney, or regulated professional advisory service.
2. Acceptance of these terms
By using this website, creating an account, purchasing a membership, booking consultation, or requesting services, you agree to these Legal Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Refund & Cancellation Policy on this page.
If you do not agree with these terms, you should not purchase a membership, create an account, book consultation, or use paid services.
3. Responsible use
You agree to use IYABOKO responsibly, lawfully, and respectfully. You must not use IYABOKO for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, infringing, abusive, malicious, fraudulent, or unsafe purposes.
You must not attempt to disrupt the website, bypass access controls, misuse account systems, upload harmful code, impersonate another person, or submit content that infringes another person’s rights.
4. Membership plans
Membership plans provide access to selected IYABOKO workspace features, resources, and support within the limits of the plan purchased.
Membership does not include unlimited custom work, formal deliverables, prototype development, software deployment, manufacturing, certification, regulatory approval, professional advice, or guaranteed outcomes unless separately agreed in writing.
5. Consultation and custom project work
Consultation may include research support, project scoping, document review, proposal support, technical planning, simulation planning, prototype roadmap discussion, or innovation pathway support.
Custom project work must be agreed through a written scope before work begins. The written scope should describe the deliverables, fees, timeline, limits, assumptions, revision process, and responsibilities of each party.
Large, institutional, technical, software, hardware, prototype, or managed delivery work should not be treated as included in ordinary membership unless the written scope clearly says so.
6. Payments and billing
Prices are listed in Australian dollars unless stated otherwise. Memberships may renew automatically depending on the selected payment method, payment provider, or subscription arrangement.
Payments may be processed through third-party providers such as Stripe or PayPal. IYABOKO does not directly store full customer card details.
If IYABOKO is not registered for GST at the time of purchase, GST is not charged. If GST registration becomes required or active in the future, pricing and invoices may be updated accordingly.
7. Cancellation and refunds
Memberships can be cancelled before the next billing cycle to stop future renewal payments. Digital access payments are generally not refundable once access has started, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.
Consultation and custom project refunds depend on the service stage, work already completed, time reserved, and any written scope agreed between the parties.
See the Refund & Cancellation Policy section below for more detail.
8. Australian Consumer Law

Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy explains how membership cancellations, digital access refunds, consultation refunds, and custom project refunds are handled by IYABOKO Science & Technology.
Cancel before renewal
You may cancel your membership before your next billing cycle. Cancellation stops future renewal payments.
Access starts after payment
Change-of-mind refunds are generally not provided once digital access has started, except where required by law.
Written scope required
Consultation and project refunds depend on the agreed scope, stage of work, time reserved, and work already completed.
1. Membership cancellation
You may cancel your IYABOKO membership before your next billing cycle. Cancelling your membership stops future renewal payments. It does not automatically refund payments already made for the current billing period where access has already been provided.
To cancel, use your account area where available, or email iyabokoinstitute@gmail.com with the subject line “Cancel Membership”.
2. Digital membership access
IYABOKO memberships provide digital access to workspace support, research and writing assistance, planning tools, and related online resources within the limits of the selected plan.
Because digital access may begin after payment, change-of-mind refunds are generally not provided once access has started, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.
3. Subscription renewals
Memberships may renew automatically depending on the payment provider or checkout arrangement used. You are responsible for cancelling before your next renewal date if you do not want the membership to continue.
If you believe you were charged after a valid cancellation request, contact IYABOKO with your account email, payment date, plan name, and cancellation request details.
4. Consultation bookings
Consultation services may include project scoping, research support, proposal review, planning guidance, technical discussion, or other agreed advisory support.
If you need to reschedule a consultation, contact IYABOKO as early as possible. Refunds for missed, cancelled, or completed consultations are handled case by case depending on whether work has started, time has been reserved, or the service has already been delivered.
5. Custom project work
Custom project work, formal deliverables, simulation planning, prototype roadmaps, institutional support, or managed delivery must be agreed through a written scope before work begins.
Refunds for custom work depend on the project stage, work already completed, time spent, and the agreed written scope. Deposits or milestone payments may be non-refundable once work has started, unless required by law or agreed otherwise in writing.
6. When a remedy may be available
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law continue to apply. If a service is not provided with due care and skill, is not fit for its stated purpose, is not supplied within a reasonable time where no time is agreed, or does not match what was promised, you may be entitled to a remedy.
7. How to request cancellation, refund review, or billing help
For cancellation, billing, access, or refund questions, contact IYABOKO with enough information to identify your account and payment.
