Part C — Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to donations and subscriptions processed through Stripe and PayPal.

1) Donations

Donations are generally treated as voluntary contributions and are usually non-refundable, except where required by law or where a clear exception applies.

  • Duplicate donation: the same donation was charged more than once.
  • Incorrect amount: an obvious payment error occurred and you contact us promptly.
  • Unauthorised transaction: evidence suggests the payment was not authorized.
  • Processing error: a technical problem caused an incorrect charge.

2) Subscriptions / Memberships

  • Recurring billing: by subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until cancellation.
  • Cancellation: subscriptions may usually be canceled before the next billing cycle.
  • Access timing: digital access may begin immediately after payment.
  • Refunds: may be considered case-by-case for billing errors, unauthorized charges, or verified service-access faults.

For digital access, change-of-mind refunds may not apply once access has been delivered, unless required by law.

3) Chargebacks / Disputes

If a chargeback or dispute is opened directly with Stripe or PayPal, it may limit our ability to separately process a refund until the provider resolves the dispute.
