IYABOKO CUSTOMER TRUST & ASSURANCE

Trust is earned through evidence, boundaries and accountable operations.

This centre summarises the controls built into IYABOKO Online, the evidence still required before broader release, and the boundaries that remain under human, professional and external authority.

Tenant and access controls

Hosted tenant resolution, project access checks, service entitlements, API rate limiting and protected evidence access are enforced in the application layer.

Private evidence handling

Customer evidence is designed for private storage, quarantine before activation, authenticated download and SHA-256 integrity tracking.

Billing boundary

Billing events use signed webhook validation, replay protection and idempotency. Provider-specific production reconciliation remains a deployment gate.

Deployment evidence required
Authority

Human-governed progression

Customer administration does not replace IYABOKO professional authority, independent review, certification, statutory authority or safety-critical control.

Boundary enforced
Operations

Private-beta release discipline

Backup/restore, tenant-isolation UAT, billing reconciliation, load testing, incident drill and independent approvals are required before Private Beta release.

Staging evidence required
Physical systems

BOKOMUTO / APME boundary

Software can prepare governed work and evidence packages, but direct CNC, PLC and robot actuation remains outside the web runtime and requires real hardware commissioning.

Pre-commercial physical hold

Current release position

Online SaaS core: built. Private Beta: requires staging evidence and independent approvals. Public SaaS: not yet declared ready. Physical commercial release: remains pre-commercial until physical commissioning and qualification are complete.

No implied certification. IYABOKO does not represent this page as SOC 2, ISO 27001, product certification, regulatory approval or safety certification. Those claims require applicable independent evidence.
