24 Individual Law Contracts & Operators
C3 now treats each of the 24 canonical laws as an individual semantic contract with a defined function, dependencies, required inputs, required outputs, uncertainty rule, failure behaviour and test obligations. A run is incomplete if any one contract/operator is absent, dependency-invalid or fails. The protected production graph, coefficients, calibration vectors and private implementation remain undisclosed.

UMITOGO · Post-Recovery Persistence Gate
KEBAGI may identify a recovery path; UMITOGO experimentally tests full-window persistence and distinguishes endpoint recovery from continuous persistence; KEGEPA remains canonical whole-system coherence inside IYA-24; Sentinel-36 OP-36 governs operational restoration/continuity progression. UMITOGO does not replace any canonical IYA-24 law.
NASA battery-domain persistence test
Recovery threshold ≥2%, observation horizon H=10 discharge cycles, persistence floor ≥50% of the initial recovery gain. The frozen B0007+B0018 holdout has 2/10 endpoint-persistent events at H=10, but 0/10 remain above the 50% retention floor continuously across every cycle in the full H=10 observation window. Both endpoint-persistent events crossed below the floor before recovering again. C3 therefore distinguishes ENDPOINT_PERSISTENT_WITH_INTERIM_RELAPSE from CONTINUOUSLY_PERSISTENT. This is domain-limited engineering evidence, not a universal-law claim.
